Description:
Villa Sofia is a spacious house located in the middle of the village, only 100 meters from the main beach of Stoupa.
Set back from the busy sea front, it is sited in a 1,900 sq. meter garden. It was constructed in 1973 and is built in stone, bricks, tile and wood. This one storey house is oriented towards the sea to take advantage of the views and the breezes. It has a large, open living/dining area and a spacious kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living area. The kitchen also has a window opening onto a covered veranda facing the sea to provide for easy al fresco dining. There are 3 bedrooms, each with French doors opening onto the same veranda. There are 2 beautifully tiled bathrooms. It is fully furnished with a blend of modern and antique furnishings from different parts of the world, creating an atmosphere of being a guest in a private home, rather than a holiday rental.
