Belonging to the same owner as the "Asteria Apartments" and in direct neighbourhood to them you will find the "Villa ilios" at the southern edge of Agios Dimitrios.

The building offers three different apartments. One 3-room and one 2-room apartment in the basement and another 2-room apartment in the upper floor.

The 3-room apartment has a spacious living room with open fireplace and integrated kitchen. There are two separated sleeping rooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. All in all this apartment can accommodate until 5 people as there is another sleeping possibility on the foldable couch in the living room.

The 2-room apartment in the basement can accommodate until 4 people, in the sleeping room is a double bed, in the living room you'll find another two sleeping possibilities using the foldable extra bed. Integrated in the living room is also the kitchenette.

The other 2-room in the upper floor provides sleeping possibilities for up to 3 people. Over all it is equipped like the basement, but as the living room is a bit smaller there is only a smaller extra bed.

All apartments are comfortably equipped. The kitchen resp. kitchenette provide a big fridge with freezer, an electric stove with oven and fume-chamber and everything else needed for self-catering.

The apartments in the basement have both their own large and shady veranda. In the upper floor is a big roofed balcony.

Sunbeds are provided, there is a place for barbecue with a traditional wood-fired oven and the children can play on the playground.

The next tavern and the next beach (Pantazi) is at about 1km, if you want to visit Agios Nikolaos with more tavernas and shops you need to count about 2,5kms. Stoupa is about 6kms far.

From each apartment you can enjoy the splendid views over the garden onto the sea which is not even 50 meters away. Below the garden the owner built a facility with ladders to swim in this rocky bay.
